Five woodcut double-sheet vertical diptychs: Rochishin ransui Godaizan kongojin o uchikowasu no zu (Lu Chi Sen in a drunken fury smashing the guardian figure at the temple on Five-Crested Mountain), signed Yoshitoshi and sealed Yoshitoshi no in, published by Matsui Eikichi; Rorihakucho chojun kokusenpu riki kocho ni tatakau no zu (Chang, the White Stripe in the Waves, wrestling with Li K'uei, the Black Whirlwind, in the Ching Yang River), signed Oju (by special request) Yoshitoshi ga and sealed Taiso; Rashomon Watanabe no Tsuna oniudekiri no zu (Picture of Watanabe no Tsuna cutting off the demon's arm at the Rashomon gate), signed Oju Yoshitoshi ga and sealed Taiso, dated Meiji 21 (1888), published by Matsui Eikichi; Mongaku shonin aragyo no zu (Picture of the penance of Priest Mongaku), Kannon looking down on the acolytes of Fudo Myoo as they rescue the priest Mongaku from his penance under the cold Nachi waterfall, signed Oju Yoshitoshi and sealed Taiso; Hakamadare Yasuke and Kidomaru fighting off the giant serpent and tengu, signed Oju Yoshitoshi and sealed Yoshitoshi--good impressions and color and generally good condition, all joined at center; third oxidized in red pigment; fourth soiled and stained and trimmed; fifth trimmed, creased and affixed to mat
