Nepal, 19th century
The two deities locked in embrace at center, she holding a skull cup aloft and dressed in beaded festoons, the face with third eye gazing into his, he holding a multitude of skull cups and dressed in a tiger skin, the various faces in different colors, standing on Brahma at left and Shiva at right, backed by an aureole of skulls and flames, with two forms of Vajrayogini below and Vajradhara flanked by two retinue figures above, all within a landscape populated with animals and with both lingam and stupas
