Indonesia, Central Java, 10th century
Seated in lalitasana on a double-lotus base over a footed plinth with her right leg supported by a diminutive lotus blossom, holding a lotus blossom that flowers at her shoulder, the face with downcast eyes surmounted by a foliate tiara, backed by a circular aureole with a beaded border and flaming rim, topped by a finial
