Depicting two elderly men with lined wrinkled faces, hooked noses and protruding Adam's apples facing each other, each holding an index finger to the side of his nose and laughing, the figure on the left holding a cane with a rounded knop, both with eyebrows, teeth and eye-pupils heightened in white
