The silver rectangular case with mirrored pierced foliate gold plated cover engraved to depict flowers and foliage with faceted ruby detail, opening to reveal compartments with hinged lids and including two sprung lipstick holders and comb holder, to a wedge shaped reeded clasp, circa 1940, 13.0cm x 8.5cm, French marks for silver, in black suede carrying bag frame
