Cylindrical on a raised circular foot, the arcaded sides set with four windows, two with cast and chased busts of a man and woman in traditional dress, between en plein enamel columns and drapery swags, engraved and enameled in blue, red and white in the Old Russian style with foliate scrolls and geometric motifs, with stylized openwork rooster-form handle, marked throughout
