With later veined pink marble top above a frieze carved with strapwork against a diaper ground, the cushion-molded apron centered by a foliate clasp, on lappet-carved cabriole legs issuing foliate sprays and with pendant husks, on foliate-carved feet, probably formerly a stand, one side consequentially recarved
