With liver serpentine marble top, above cabochon and foliate-cast mounts, with female masks to the angles, stamped A.CRIAERD to back right corner of top, with a paper label to top typed and inscribed GARDE-MEUBLE/VILLIEN NO. 5512/Rue du Terrage, 9, 11, et 13, the mounts apparently original, originally lacquered and now re-gilt

Andre Criaerd's maîtrise date is unknown but he is recorded working on the Faubourg Saint-Antoine from 1720-1750.
