The breakfront brèche violette marble top above a frieze drawer with scrolled foliage, above a cupboard door with lozenge parquetry and centered with a ribbon-suspended medallion cast with cavorting putti, the interior with an adjustable shelf, the angles with acanthus clasps and trailing foliage, the sides with lozenge parquetry, on foliate-cast feet, the lockplate stamped SORMANI
