Of typical flaring trumpet form, the exterior enamelled with a large register of quatrefoil cartouches containing floral sprays alternated with small architectural landscapes, the cartouches surrounded by scrolling flowering vine, minor floral bands above and below, the base of the cup with small openwork arabesque attachment loops issuing long gold chains, the interior ceramic, on carved wooden stem
