IKHANID IRAN, LATE 13TH/EARLY 14TH CENTURY
Of rectangular form, the upper band moulded with addorsed palmettes, the lower register with upper part of upstrokes from an inscription painted in cobalt-blue glaze, with white birds amidst foliage reserved against the lustre ground, with turquoise-blue highlights, trimmed, otherwise intact
