of shaped square baluster form, engraved with arabesques incorporating vacant cartouches and with a blue glass liner, scrolling foliate handle and rising hinged cover with baluster finial, marks indistinct, probably London 1842 - 3½in. (8.75cm.); a Victorian fiddle pattern salt spoon engraved with an initial; and an Eastern white-metal triangular inkwell decorated with deities amidst foliage and with a conforming finial.
