A SET OF THREE BEYKOZ GILT AND COLD-PAINTED OPALINE GLASS VESSELS
OTTOMAN TURKEY, LATE 19TH CENTURY
Each blown and tooled white opaque glass, comprising a bulbous ewer with rounded stopper, a rounded bonbonnière and a candlestick with large splaying foot and bulbous stem, each decorated in an identical fashion with rows of gilt scales with pairs of fruits, the lidded jar with a haircrack, gilding slightly rubbed in places, otherwise intact
Ewer 7 1/8in. (18.3cm.) high; candlestick 6¼in. (16.3cm.); lidded jar 5 1/8in. (13.1cm.) high (3)
