A PALE CELADON JADE RUYI SCEPTRE
JIAQING PERIOD (1796-1820)
The ruyi head terminal is carved with a bat in flight above a leafy branch bearing peaches, and the panels to the middle and the end of the shaft are both similarly decorated with branches of peaches. The stone is of a pale celadon tone, with some paler inclusions.
