Grisaille brush drawing on paper, a bust portrait of Shah Tahmasp wearing European style coat and elaborate turban with ostrich plumes and pearl and diamond ornament, identification inscription to the right, laid down between gold and polychrome rules and brown and white paper on blue outer border, slight staining
Miniature 3 5/8 x 1in. (9.1 x 4.2cm.)
