A renowned prayerbook, Arabic manuscript on paper, 73ff. (as numbered) plus 4 modern fly-leaves, each folio with 15ll. of sepia maghribi script, some words picked out in magenta, blue or red, with polychrome verse markers, titles in larger maghribi script, headings in yellow kufic script within polychrome illuminated cartouches, text within double red rules, with marginal medallions, catchwords, opening folio with illuminated title panel issuing a marginal medallion, with two original miniatures of the Tomb of the Prophet and the minbar of the Prophet, copious marginal notes, with restored margins, in modern gilt and stamped red morocco binding
