Abu Ahmad Muhammad bin 'Abd al-Nabi al-Sani' al-Nisaburi al-Asli al-Khurasani known as Mirza Muhammad al-Akbari was born in Akbarabad in India in 1765 and died in 1818 AD. He is known to have promised Fath 'Ali Shah to secure, by supernatural means, the death of Tsitsianov, Commander of the Russian forces besieging Baku.
