Lot Essay

Ibrahim bin Muhammad 'Ali bin Tarkhan al-Ansari al-Suwaydi (1204-1291 AD) was a doctor in the Bimaristan al-Nuri and the Bimaristan Bab al-Barid in Damascus. He is the author of other medical treatises such as Al-Tadhkira al-hadiya, Qala'id al-marjan fi tibb al-abdan and Al-Bahir fi khawas al-jawahir.
