In Dutch rococo taste; melon-shaped, on a circular foliate rim, the partly-fluted body with shaped foliate spout and wooden handle, the body chased with scrolling foliage and flowers, each side engraved with a crest, the hinged foliate cover with leaf finial, marked under base, on cover bezel, and on finial, also stamped STORR & MORTIMER
7 in. (17.8 cm.) high; 20 oz. (626 gr.) gross weight
