Slightly glue stained labels. Levels: eleven base of neck or better and one top-shoulder
Tasting note: The 1978 Latour showed an earthy, autumnal note thirty years on, with notes of truffle, cedar, and lead pencil. On the palate, the wine was structured and dry with an elegant structure, but a lot of power remaining. Charles Curtis M.W., May 2009
