Of baluster form, on a circular foot, the foot partially fluted with a band of foliage, the lower body applied with alternating acanthus leaves and flowers, the upper body applied with a band of scrolling foliage on a matted ground, with two reeded handles with acanthus and rosettes at the center, with Bacchanalian mask joins, the cover with conforming decoration and an acanthus and pod finial, the body engraved with a coat-of-arms, the cover engraved with a crest, marked on body and on cover bezel
