Signed Kyoto ju Kuroda zo and to the side Seimei Kizamu, Meiji Period (late 19th century)
The tapering rectangular koro with four panels carved, chased and engraved in high and low relief and inlaid in gold, shakudo and silver with scenes on Lake Biwa, wisteria and cherry blossom, the pierced shakudo cover with plum blossom in gilt, copper gilt liner, wood stand
