The rounded eared rectangular hinged top enclosing a tapestry-lined playing-surface with four candlestands and four counter-wells, above a plain frieze on carved cabriole legs and pad feet, later oak gate and gate rail, the edge of top later carved, later gesso and gilding
27½ in. (70 cm.) high; 34 in. (86 cm.) wide; 16¼ in. (41 cm.) deep closed; 32½ in. (83 cm.) deep open
