A BLUE AND WHITE AND IRON-RED 'DRAGON' DISH
QIANLONG (1736-95) UNDERGLAZE BLUE SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK AND PROBABLY OF THE PERIOD
Painted to the interior with a medallion enclosing an iron-red scaly five-clawed dragon reserved on an underglaze blue crested wave ground, the exterior is similarly decorated with nine dragons below a double-cash band, all supported on a short, slightly tapering foot.
