A GILT BRONZE CENSER
17TH/18TH CENTURY
The vessel is of compressed globular shape with two loop handles on the sides and a short spreading foot, the base bears the impressed six-character Chinese mark Da ming xuande nian zhi.
8¼ in. (21 cm.) diam.
