SIX SINO-TIBETAN GILT-BRONZE FIGURES OF AVALOKITESVARA
18TH CENTURY
All the figures are modelled standing on bare feet, each wearing a five-leaf diadem above the ears weighted by pendent earrings. Each figure is embellished with jewellery across the torso and around the waist over a flowing skirt, and each holds two lotus stems in each hand, the hands are in various mudras, all standing on a single lotus base.
