A WHITE JADE CARVING OF A FOREIGNER
17TH/18TH CENTURY
The hooded standing figure is well carved with long, loosely fitting robes, in his raised left hand he holds a ribboned brocade ball, a Buddhist dog with bushy tail rests at his feet, the stone is of a creamy tone with light russet inclusions.
