Circular, the centre painted with six foliate swags framing a stylised gold and purple cartouche enclosing a black double-headed eagle with a wreath of victory in one claw and the crossed anchor flag of the merchant marine in the other, the border decorated with blue, red, purple and green foliate arabesques and medallions, marked under base with underglaze blue factory mark
