In original wooden case and tissues. Bin-soiled labels, becoming detached. Levels: Five base of neck and one top-shoulder.
Tasting note: Exceptionally good though not in the same league as the '61. Many mainly excellent notes. Still fairly deep with a shade of youthful cherry red; crisp, fragrant; dry, delicious flavour, still tannic. Last tasted Nov 2005. At best **** M.B.
