Lot Essay

This camera was used by the vendor and other Vogue Studio photographers during the 1950s and 1960s, including Cecil Beaton, Norman Parkinson, Don Honeyman, Coffin, Lee Miller, John Deain and others. The vendor used the camera at Buckingham Palace during Beaton's official sittings for the Coronation Day photographs. A copy of the vendor's statement can be provided to the purchaser.
