With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvered dial and raised hour markers in gold in 1945 and its subsequent sale on 1 December 1945.

Reference 1450 was in production from 1940 until the 1960s. The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by M. Huber & A. Banbery, 1st edition p. 113, pl. 158, 2nd edition p. 137, pl. 196 and in Armbanduhren by G. Negretti, F. Nencini, p. 217, pl. 156-157.
