Ashley Kozak has been an important figure in the pop and rock business for four decades, first as a musician and more notably as a manager and agent. After working with eminent jazzmen like Ronnie Scott, he joined Britain's first Rock and Roll band, Tony Crombie & the Rockets. In the 1960s he worked with top artists like the Beatles (via an association with their manager, Brian Epstein, and his NEMS Organisation) and Donovan, who he managed throughout the singer's most successful era.
