Tibet, circa 1800
Hayagriva striding in alidhasana on prone figures over a lotus base, holding a skull cup and lotus in his primary hands with the other four and wings outstretched behind him, clad in a tiger skin and adorned with a garland of severed heads, the three faces with open mouths and bulging eyes surmounted by a skull tiara and flaming hair, Vajravarahi holding a skull cup in her left hand and with her right wrapped around his neck, dressed in a leopard skin and adorned with a festooned belt, her bulging eyes looking up at his face, with the Medicine Buddha above flanked by two Gelugpa lamas and dancing skeletons at center bottom flanked by Yama Dharmaraja at left and Shri Devi at right
