"Ric. Graves" is presumably Richard Graves (1715-1804), poet and novelist, best known for The Spiritual Quixote (1772), Recollections of Shenstone (1788), a translation of Marcus Aurelius (1792) and The Reveries of Solitude (1793). Graves was presented in 1748 by William Skrine to the rectory of Claverton, near Bath, and remained there till his death, becoming a well-known figure in Bath society. He contributed to "the vase" at Lady Miller's house at Batheaston.
