A FAMILLE ROSE 'THREE RAMS' CUP
GUANGXU SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN IRON RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)
The cup is of shallow, conical form and is painted on the exterior with three rams (sanyang) gathered on a grassy knoll amidst roses, nandina and a flowering wintersweet (lamei) tree, two are paired together and the third has its back turned.
3 5/8 in. (9.2 cm.) diam.
