It is very rare to find Yongzheng-marked doucai dishes of this design. For a Qianlong-marked example, see the pair sold in our New York rooms, 2 June 1994, lot 342. For the Ming dynasty prototype of this design, see the Jiajing-marked wucai dish illustrated in The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum - 38 - Porcelains in Polychrome and Contrasting Colours, Hong Kong, 1999, p. 19, no. 18.
