A YELLOW AND GREEN-GLAZED 'DRAGON' BOWL
GUANGXU SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)
The exterior of the bowl is incised with two dragons pursuing flaming pearls amidst flames and two cruciform clouds above rocks and waves, all under a green glaze reserved on a yellow ground. Together with a small, pale aubergine-glazed dish, Yongzheng six-character mark in underglaze blue within a double circle and of the period (1723-1735), which is incised on the exterior with pomegranate meander.
