US persons include US citizens and US permanent residents ("greencard holders") wherever these individuals are located, US entities and any other persons temporarily resident or located in the US. It is the responsibility of US persons to ensure that they do not bid on prohibited Iranian origin property. Non-US persons will not be able to import these lots into the USA. Please be advised that a Purchaser's inability to import any such item into the U.S. or any other country shall not constitute grounds for non-payment or cancellation of the sale.
