LATE 17TH EARLY 18TH CENTURY
With long slender spike of stiff diamond section, pierced with dots and a flower-head, and with engraved and punched foliate decoration, with two side-straps (slightly shortened); together with A PARADE HALBERD, PROBABLY ITALIAN, 18TH CENTURY, with slender spike of stiff diamond section with a pierced band of faces at the foot of the spike, pierced blade and rear-fluke, and four side-straps, each on later textile-covered haft (each with light surface corrosion, some wear, shortened side-straps)
