With slender tapering barrel with applied turned brass band at the muzzle, the octagonal then polygonal breech-section signed 'LAZARIO COMINAZZO' (signature worn), engraved flat lock, figured walnut full stock, scroll engraved brass mounts including spurred-pommel and large shaped escutcheon, iron belt-hook, and later brass-capped ramrod; together with AN ITALIAN SNAPHAUNCE MECHANISM FOR A PISTOL, EARLY 18TH CENTURY, with scroll engraved flat bevelled plate, and chiseled pierced cock
