Cyl. and ½ choke, case-hardened action with carved percussion fences, case-hardened signed locks with rebounding dolphin hammers, reblued trigger-guard, best fine bouquet and scroll engraving, figured 14½in. (36.8cm.) stock including 1½in. (3.8cm.) leather-covered padded extension, in a fitted leather case

The makers have kindly confirmed that this gun was completed in December 1884 for a Mr A. de Mier with 29in. barrels and weighing in at 6lb 13oz.
