AN UNUSUAL .44 'MODEL 1860' SIX-SHOT SINGLE-ACTION PERCUSSION ARMY REVOLVER

With sighted barrel with New-York address, rebated cylinder with traces of roll-engraved cylinder scene, four-screw frame, steel grip-strap and brass trigger-guard each retaining much original nickel finish, figured one-piece walnut grips with inlaid silver decoration including eagles bearing harps, stars and serpents, the base of each grip swelled with a shaped block of ivory bordered by an applied silver band, the base of the grip with an applied silver roundel piered with a Masonic emblem, and matching numbers throughout, in contemporary dark brown leather flap holster
