Lot Essay

The original plaster model of this cast dating from 1903 was exhibited at the Salon of 1904 and is now in the Musée des Beaux Arts in Nantes. A bronze cast from 1905 is in the Musée des Beaux Arts in Dijon. (source: www.culture.gouv.fr)
