Opaque pigments, gold leaf and sukka (limestone paste) on cloth stretched over wood, the light-skinned god seated on a low backless throne-chair, holding a flower bud in one hand, a parrot perched on his other hand, a pale yellow female deity before him, surrounded with attendants, musicians at his feet, the surface with shimmering, gilded relief punctuated with sequins, the scene enshrined in a curtained alcove, in original thick wood frame, minor flaking, otherwise in very good condition
