Some: Historic plaster casts from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, Sotheby's New York, 28 February 2006, part lots 10, 80 and 140.
The Brucciani capitals almost certainly from the collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
The corner capital reputed to have come from an interior at Crichel House, Dorset, possibly by James Wyatt.

Lot Essay

One capital possibly cast from ornament of the Palais des Tuileries, Paris, which was destroyed by fire in 1871.
The large capital to the top of the illustration believed to be cast from a 2nd century marble capital from Hadrian's Mausoleum, Rome. The Brucciani examples cast from 15th century Istrian stone examples in the collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
