The serpentine Villefranche de Conflent marble top above a wavy acanthus-mounted frieze, on cabriole legs each headed by an espagnolette bust and joined by an 'X-'form stretcher surmounted by a musician, bearing the later-added inscription F. Linke, the reverse of the bronzes variously inscribed LF
37½ in. (95 cm.) high, 58½ in. (148.5 cm.) wide, 19¼ in. (49 cm.) deep
