The dish circular with a gadroon border with shells at intervals, the domed cover with gadrooning and leaf-capped ring handle, the stand on four paw and acanthus-clad feet, with a detachable burner, the cover, dish and stand engraved with a crest, marked on cover, finial, dish, stand, and burner
