Shaped oblong, the Sheffield-plated warming stand on four shell and acanthus feet, with two tied reeded handles with rosette joins, with removable Sheffield-plated liner, the silver serving dish with reeded rim applied with vines with acanthus and bunches of grapes at intervals, the domed silver cover with gardooning at base, with ovoid finial decorated with gadrooning and acanthus, with reeded and acanthus handle atop acanthus joins, the cover engraved on each side with a coat-of-arms, the silver dish engraved on each side with two crests, marked on finial, cover, nuts, and dish, the Sheffield-plated warming stand with mark of Matthew Boulton
