Baluster-form on a spreading circular base chased with flower-heads and scrolls, the body elaborately chased with Chinese figures amid scrolls and flower-heads, each side with an engraved crest, one enclosed by a shield, the scroll spout applied with cartouche and with fluted stylized shell and ruffle join, the domed cover with gadrooned rim surmounted by a figural finial, with wood scroll handle, marked under base and on cover
