TWO CLOISONNÉ AND CHAMPLEVÉ ENAMEL BUDDHIST EMBLEMS
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
The emblems are finely cast and supported on a tiered base enamelled with crashing waves. The stand rises from a small vase with ribbons and ends on a detailed lotus pod with gilt overlapping leaves. One emblem is the double-fish, which are enamelled in bright tones of bluish green, the other is the canopy, decorated in bright tones of red and blue.
